Remember these? Back in the early days of the internet, people survived without search engines. Imagine that. Everybody had a links page in order to share the sites they though were cool, so people's link pages became the self-documentation of the internet. It didn't work too badly; it was one of the earliest forms of peer-to-peer networking or viral marketing. Nostalgia and the hope that what is interesting to me might be interesting to others prompted this page. |
